This hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel, yet some basics were missed. My face tissue box sat empty. Despite my call to reception, it remained that way. The bath gel dispenser defied pressure, the conditioner cap was equally stubborn, and housekeeping seemed content to leave them open for days. Messages from the front desk caused a chaos. I was told daily water bottles would be provided, then told that was only a first-day perk, and finally, told nothing at all arrived.

the hotel was very clean. it was placed well for the beach. i really liked the beach pool area, it offered proximity to sea for swimming. food was available here as well. i spent most of my time during the days at the 3 pools. the spa area with sauna and steam room was also nice.

the hotel boasts a perfect location. it is in an amazing place to enjoy the beautiful coves. the hotel is within easy walking distance to them. the hotel itself is very clean and bright.

the room was really nice. i booked a sea view room with balcony. i only really used it for drying clothes. the bed was unbelievably comfortable. the room was cleaned every day to a high standard.

the food had high quality. plenty of selection was available. alternative option nights were offered. asian night was AMAZING!!! the breakfast buffet was excellent. tons of choice was available.

The hotel rooms have super clean cleanliness. The staff provided really good service, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, with food of high quality. The hotel provided morning yoga on the beach, this was a wonderful addition to the stay. The sea view from the room was amazing. The spa has relaxing treatments. The hotel grounds were beautiful and maintained well. The staff were professional, also friendly. I will return here. I especially loved the pools. I spent time in the sauna and steam room. The location provided easy access to the beach. The reception staff showed cute, they had wonderful hospitality. The room had two sinks. The room also had a rainfall shower. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the gym.
The hotel has a rule that doesn't allow to sit on a sunbed before 10 AM, this is annoying

Breakfast had a diverse selection with plenty of options. The food was neatly prepared. I found the quality of the buffet was very good, with natural foods, I saw nothing overly processed.

The room had a tremendous view over the bay. My room was always super clean after I returned from my explorations. I found the bed was the most comfortable that I have ever experienced in a hotel.

I stayed in a premier double. It overlooked the pool areas. the room was super lovely. breakfast and dinner buffets were really good with daily variety and high quality. the hotel's location was perfect, near the town and marina.
I found the box of face tissues empty. Housekeeping didn't replace it. it was an issue, despite a call to reception. this detail slightly marred the overall experience.

The half-board option provided a nice variety. I particularly appreciated both breakfast and dinner. there were plenty of choices available and the quality was very good, offering an enjoyable culinary experience.

The reception area was cute and led to a nice outdoor area. It was a positive first impression. the staff demonstrated good service and were always ready to assist when needed.

The spa and sauna areas were excellent. They provided a relaxing retreat. the pools also were excellent. there were ample sun loungers available for everyone. plus, cleaning staff kept every area clean.
